E-Surveillance Engineer

As an E-Surveillance Engineer, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Installation & Setup: - Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, biometric devices, and access control systems. - Set up remote monitoring solutions and cloud connectivity. - System Maintenance & Support: - Perform regular system checks and preventive maintenance. - Troubleshoot and resolve CCTV, DVR/NVR, and VMS issues. - Replace faulty cameras, cables, connectors, and power supplies. - Network & Technical Support: - Configure IP cameras, routers, and network switches. - Ensure proper network connectivity for surveillance systems. - Manage storage devices, hard disks, and backup systems. - Monitoring & Reporting: - Monitor live CCTV feed and alerts. - Report equipment faults and incidents. - Generate and maintain logs/maintenance reports. - Security & Compliance: - Follow system security and data protection standards. - Install updated firmware and software patches. - Customer Interaction: - Visit client sites for installation and service calls. - Provide user training for operating surveillance systems.
