Role Overview: As an EBO Training Specialist at Guidehouse, your main responsibility will be to write and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for assigned projects. You will also be evaluating tasks and training needs to design, develop, and deploy eLearning content. Your role will involve creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer of knowledge and skill. Additionally, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to conduct learner analysis and identify training needs. Determining learning objectives and instructional strategies by leveraging relevant taxonomies will be a key part of your responsibilities. Visualizing instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product will also be crucial. Applying tested instructional design theories, practice, and methods will be necessary, as well as developing exercises and activities that enhance user interactivity and learning experience. Lastly, you will determine criteria used to gauge learner performance and develop assessment instruments, while maintaining project documentation and course files.
