Roles and Responsibility

• Design, develop, and implement e-learning modules and courses.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality content.
• Develop interactive and immersive learning experiences using various technologies.
• Create assessments and evaluations to measure learner progress.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-learning development.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 11 years of experience in e-learning development or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of e-learning principles, instructional design models, and adult learning theory.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Lectora.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
