E-Commerce Relationship Management - Senior

As an E-commerce Relationship Manager at EY, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients" online business operations, managing technical inquiries, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, and overseeing online sales performance. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting clients" E-Commerce operations comprehensively. - Collaborating with global cross-functional teams to optimize E-Commerce platform operations and integrate new technologies. - Analyzing technical and functional tickets, ensuring effective communication between clients and module teams. - Handling unique regional requests outside the standard tracking framework. - Addressing and resolving low to medium complexity issues faced by subsidiary clients, escalating when necessary. - Acting as a performance manager and working with Regional Offices to maximize online sales. - Conducting website audits to identify and resolve functional problems in collaboration with the technical team. - Generating regular and ad-hoc reports on client-raised issues. - Leading the rollout of new features through end-to-end support. - Participating in sales strategies with Regional Offices to drive growth and enhance customer experience. Qualifications required for this role include: - Degree in Business or Marketing preferred. - Mandatory experience in e-commerce, online marketing, client relationship management, or project management. - Bonus points for previous experience with E-Commerce platform operations. - Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as AEM and Magento. - Familiarity with service/ticket management tools like Jira and project management tools. - Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team engagement. - Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach, willing to work in shifts to support global operations.
