Job Description

As an E-commerce Relationship Manager/Staff/Senior at EY, your role will involve supporting clients" online business operations, managing technical support inquiries, acting as a liaison between client stakeholders and technical teams, and enhancing online sales performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring websites for any issues. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive support for clients" E-commerce business operations. - Collaborate with global teams to enhance E-commerce platform operations and integrate new technologies. - Analyze technical and functional tickets, facilitating communication between clients and Module teams. - Address regional-specific requests outside the standard tracking framework and resolve issues of low to medium complexity. - Partner with Regional Offices to maximize online sales and meet performance goals. - Conduct website audits to identify and report functional problems, working with the technical team for resolutions. - Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on client issues. - Lead the rollout of new features by providing end-to-end support, from clarifying requirements to hyper care. - Participate in sales strategies and discussions to drive growth and enhance customer experience. Qualifications: - Degree in Business or Marketing preferred. - Mandatory experience in e-commerce, online marketing, client relationship management, or project management. - Bonus points for previous experience with E-commerce platform operations. - Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as AEM and Magento. - Familiarity with service/ticket management tools like Jira and Project management tools. - Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and data-driven decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members. - Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach and a willingness to work in shifts to support global operations.
