Data Entry Specialist – SKU/Price Comparison

We are looking for a detail-oriented Pricing Data Specialist to complete weekly product price research for 100 SKUs across 15 retail websites. This is ongoing weekly work.

You will be responsible for collecting pricing data from retailer websites, cleaning and formatting the data in Excel, matching each product to a manufacturer SKU, and producing a weekly price comparison report.

Responsibilities:

• Search 100+ SKUs across multiple retailers
• Copy/paste and clean product lists from retail websites
• Format data in Excel (WRAPROWS, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting)
• Run existing macros in .xlsm file (basic VBA usage)
• Extract or validate product URLs
• Match product names, strengths, sizes, and counts to manufacturer SKUs
• Populate manufacturer prices and calculate % differences
• Flag mismatches and negative deltas
• Deliver clean, accurate weekly Excel report.

Requirements:

• Strong Excel skills (formulas, formatting, macros, clean data practices)
• Experience with product data, SKU mapping, or e-commerce
• Strong attention to detail (accuracy is critical)
• Ability to work with repetitive structured data
• Reliable weekly availability to meet deadlines
• Good English reading comprehension

This is NOT just “data entry”.
This is data cleaning + validation + matching + reporting.

Nice-to-Have:

• Fuzzy Lookup experience
• Basic VBA
• Experience with Amazon/Walmart/Shopify product data
• Familiarity with SKU matching or retail pricing research

Weekly Volume:

• 100 SKUs × 15 retailers
• Ongoing weekly project
