About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Operations Executive with strong experience in Amazon Seller Central management. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, improve product visibility, optimize listings, and drive sales growth through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete handling of Amazon Seller Central account
• Product mapping, listing, and catalog management
• Create, optimize, and manage product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, images)
• Perform SEO optimization using relevant keywords to improve visibility
• Monitor and improve product ranking and Buy Box performance
• Track and optimize ROI, ACOS, and overall campaign performance
• Manage pricing, offers, and promotions
• Coordinate drop shipping operations and supplier fulfillment
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking
• Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports
• Work closely with marketing and logistics teams to improve customer experience

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Amazon Seller account handling
• Strong expertise in:
• Product mapping
• Listing creation & optimization
• Keyword research & SEO optimization
• Ranking improvement strategies
• ROI, ACOS & performance analysis
• Experience with Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands preferred)
• Working knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub / Shopify is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
