E-Commerce Operations Executive

We are looking to hire an E-Commerce Operations Executive to support the E-Commerce Operations Manager in daily tasks. The candidate should be comfortable working on a computer, using Excel, uploading content, handling data, and managing basic operational activities. Training will be provided for all responsibilities. This role is suitable for someone who is willing to learn and grow.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills and the ability to work efficiently on a PC or laptop.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, sorting, filtering).
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes quickly.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous experience in e-commerce is a bonus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the E-Commerce Operations Manager with day-to-day tasks.
• Work on Excel for data entry, data analysis, and preparing simple reports.
• Upload product content and update listings on various e-commerce platforms.
• Configure orders and ensure they are processed correctly.
• Upload and track claims as required.
• Maintain accurate records and support basic operational documentation.
• Communicate any issues or discrepancies to the manager promptly.
• Learn new tools and processes related to e-commerce operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
