Narpa Spices is looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Account Manager to handle the creation, management, and optimization of our seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, and other online marketplaces . This role involves setting up new accounts, listing products, managing orders, ensuring compliance, and optimizing operations to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce platforms, account handling, and order management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Seller Account Creation & Management Register and set up Narpa Spices seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto , and other platforms. Ensure smooth KYC verification, compliance, and documentation submission. Maintain account health and resolve listing errors, policy violations, and performance issues . 2. Product Listing & Optimization Create and update product listings with optimized titles, descriptions, keywords, and images . Ensure accurate pricing, inventory updates, and category mapping . Improve search rankings and visibility through keyword research and SEO best practices. 3. Order & Inventory Management Monitor and manage daily orders across all platforms to ensure timely fulfillment . Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for smooth order processing and dispatch . Prevent stockouts and overstocking by ensuring inventory is updated in real time. Resolve customer queries, returns, and complaints efficiently. 4. Performance Monitoring & Growth Strategy Track sales trends, customer reviews, and marketplace analytics to enhance performance. Work on discounts, promotions, and offers to boost sales. Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales, inventory, and performance metrics. Qualifications & Skills: 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce account management (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto). Strong understanding of product listing, cataloging, and SEO optimization . Knowledge of order management, inventory tracking, and fulfillment processes . Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Blinkit & Zepto seller portals . Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and e-commerce analytics tools . Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms efficiently.
