Job Summary: We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with 13 years of hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns for D2C or e-commerce brands. The role requires strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads , with the ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROAS and reduced CAC. The ideal candidate will also have experience in Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads , which will be considered a strong advantage. We are looking for someone with proven skills and practical knowledge, who can confidently handle both Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive measurable growth. The candidate should be analytical, data-driven, and capable of working closely with design and content teams to deliver high-converting campaigns. A background or interest in Health, Wellness, and Nutraceuticals is a big plus. Contact: 8807455565 Location: Ambattur, Chennai Experience Required: 1-3 Years Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily to improve ROAS and reduce CAC. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and audience segments. Work with the design and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages. Define KPIs and contribute to monthly growth strategy for our Nutraceutical products, especially in Diet & Nutrition. Create weekly and monthly performance dashboards/reports with actionable insights. Stay updated on latest performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing for D2C or e-commerce brands. Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Strong understanding of attribution models, conversion funnels, retargeting, and audience segmentation. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager, Amazon Ads dashboard, and Excel/Google Sheets. Analytical mindset with the ability to turn numbers into insights. Bonus: Background or interest in Health and Wellness, Nutraceutical products, especially in Diet & Nutrition. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Tamil and any other language is added advantage. Experience in making social media tactic plans for Instagram, facebook, youtube, pintrest, linkedIn etc.
