Job Responsibilities

E-Commerce Operations

• Manage daily operations of the Terra Luna e-commerce platform ensuring smooth functioning, exceptional user experience, and timely order fulfilment.
  
• Collaborate with tech teams to optimize website speed, performance, and navigation across all devices.
  
• Oversee catalogue management product listings, pricing, descriptions, and visual merchandising to align with brand aesthetics.
  
• Ensure seamless integration with payment gateways, order tracking systems, and logistics partners.
  
• Manage MBO and third-party websites (e.g., Myntra, Ajio, etc.), ensuring timely payments, dispatches, and promotional updates.
  
• Monitor discounting, coupons, and sales campaigns across platforms for consistency and accuracy.
  

Sales & Performance Management

• Analyze sales data, traffic, and customer behaviour to drive revenue and improve conversion rates.
  
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through bundling, recommendations, and exclusive offers.
  

Customer Engagement & Retention

• Coordinate with customer service teams to ensure prompt, professional responses to customer queries and feedback.
  
• Drive customer retention through loyalty programs, referral incentives, and personalized offers.
  

Skills & Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Myntra, etc.)
  
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Google Analytics and data-driven decision-making
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and performance tracking
