E-Commerce Logistics and Fulfillment Manager

Role Overview: You will be joining Aura Furnishings as a full-time E-Commerce Logistics and Fulfilment Manager based in Noida. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the logistics and fulfilment operations to ensure the timely and accurate processing of orders. This includes managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers and delivery partners, optimizing warehousing operations, and addressing customer service issues related to order fulfilment. Additionally, you will be analyzing logistics data, streamlining processes, and leading the logistics team to achieve high service standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage inventory to ensure efficient warehousing operations - Coordinate with suppliers and delivery partners for timely order processing - Optimize warehousing operations for maximum efficiency - Address customer service inquiries and issues related to order fulfilment - Analyze logistics data to improve processes and service standards - Lead and motivate the logistics team to achieve department goals Qualifications: - Past experience working with Shopfiy and Delivery Platforms like Shiprocket is mandatory - Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills - Customer service skills to handle order-related inquiries and issues effectively - Inventory management skills for efficient warehousing operations - Team leadership skills to manage and motivate the logistics team - Experience with e-commerce operations and logistics software is beneficial, such as Shiprocket, Zoho, Shopify - A Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
