Job Description

Process daily orders from the website and coordinate with the packing team and sometimes pack the orders along with them Upload and update product listings (photos, prices, descriptions) on website Respond to basic customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and email Track order statuses and coordinate with courier partners for timely delivery Monitor stock levels of soaps, oils, and skincare products and notify when restocking is needed Create discount codes, bundle offers (like Build Your Box), and campaign setups decided by the management Upload banners, homepage updates, and promotional images as required Help prepare sales and inventory reports weekly/monthly Coordinate with the creative team for product photos and descriptions Ensure smooth backend operations and assist in testing the website before launches Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Experience: E-commerce: 1 year (Preferred)
