E Commerce Executive

Role & responsibilities

Our core expertise lies in product listing, cataloging, account management, and performance

optimization, enabling brands to scale their presence and sales effectively in the online retail

ecosystem.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Executive Listings who will be responsible

for managing product listings across various online marketplaces. The ideal candidate

should have strong knowledge of seller marketplaces, expertise in listing processes, and

proven skills in Excel for data management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and upload product listings across multiple online marketplaces.
• Ensure product details, pricing, and content are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with the brand team to make products live on marketplaces.
• Monitor listing quality, troubleshoot errors, and ensure compliance with marketplace

guidelines.

• Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) for reporting and

data analysis.

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in e-commerce, specifically in marketplace listings and seller

account management.

• Strong understanding of marketplace portals (Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with hands-on experience using VLOOKUP, Pivot

Tables, and data cleaning.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Candidate Preferences:

• Age Limit: 22 – 35 years
• Experience: 5 – 9 years in Ecommerce Executive - Listing (mandatory)
• Education: Master’s degree required (preferably in Marketing, Business, or related

field)

• Communication: Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken & written)
• Location: Open to candidates from anywhere in India but must be willing to

relocate to Ludhiana, Punjab – 141010
