E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketplace Management & Listing Optimization

* Catalog Management: Create, optimize, and maintain high-converting product listings across D2C and third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, etc.).

* Listing Quality: Ensure 100% accuracy in product titles, bullet points, descriptions, image sequences, and backend keywords using competitive keyword research.

* A+ Content & Brand Store: Collaborate with design/content teams to roll out compelling A+ Content, Brand Stores, and visual assets that boost conversion rates.

2. Performance Marketing & ROI Management

* PPC & Ad Campaigns: Setup, monitor, and optimize Sponsored Ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Meta/Google Ads) to drive profitable traffic.

* ROAS Optimization: Continuously test keywords, bidding strategies, and targeting to minimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

* Promotions & Deals: Plan and execute platform-specific deals, flash sales, festive campaigns, and seasonal promotions to maximize sales velocity.

3. Sales Growth, Operations & Inventory Coordination

* Demand Forecasting: Monitor inventory levels across platform warehouses (FBA, Flipkart Assured, etc.) and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.

* Order Tracking & Fulfilment: Oversee smooth dispatch workflows, track order fulfillment rates, and resolve platform operational issues promptly.

* Review & Reputation Management: Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback across channels; implement action plans to elevate brand reputation and rating benchmarks.

4. Analytics & Reporting

* Performance Tracking: Maintain daily/weekly dashboards tracking key metrics: revenue, conversion rates, traffic, ad spend, TACOS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales), and unit sales.

* Competitor Intelligence: Conduct regular benchmark studies on competitor pricing, keyword trends, promotional tactics, and new product launches to keep Sakhyam ahead.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* E-Commerce Expertise: Hands-on experience managing seller central accounts across major platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, D2C Shopify, etc.).

* PPC Proficiency: Strong understanding of e-commerce ad architecture, bidding mechanics, and performance analytics.

* Analytical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis) to dissect campaign metrics and profitability.

* Communication: Strong command of English (written and verbal) for drafting compelling listing copy, coordinating with platform managers, and reporting.

* Problem-Solving mindset: High agility to navigate marketplace policy updates, account health flags, and operational glitches independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
