E-Commerce Executive

Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, and others. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace management, product listings, promotions, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations on e-commerce marketplaces.
• Create, optimize, and update product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing).
• Monitor stock, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Execute campaigns, deals, and promotions during key sale periods.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, design, and accounts) for smooth execution.
• Track sales performance, returns, and account health metrics.
• Analyse data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Business, or related field).
• 2–3 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplace accounts.
• Strong knowledge of platforms like Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Good Excel and analytical skills.
• Understanding of online marketing tools and pricing strategies.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
