E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Listing Executive to manage product listings across e-commerce marketplaces and online stores. The candidate will be responsible for uploading product information, optimising product titles and descriptions, maintaining listing accuracy, and ensuring products are presented effectively to improve visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, upload, and manage product listings across various e-commerce platforms and the company website, as applicable.
• Write and optimise product titles, descriptions, bullet points, specifications, and search keywords.
• Upload product images and ensure they meet marketplace guidelines.
• Manage product SKUs, pricing, inventory details, attributes, and categorisation.
• Monitor listing status and resolve errors, suppressed listings, and content-related issues.
• Conduct keyword research to improve product discoverability and search rankings.
• Update product information, offers, prices, and stock availability as required.
• Coordinate with design, content, inventory, and marketing teams to maintain accurate listings.
• Follow marketplace policies and ensure listing quality and compliance.
• Prepare regular reports on listing updates, errors, and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; relevant e-commerce experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in product listing or marketplace operations.
• Good written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple listings and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with product image requirements, cataloguing, and marketplace guidelines.
• Experience with bulk uploads using Excel or CSV templates.
• Knowledge of marketplace listing optimisation and search ranking factors.
• Familiarity with e-commerce reporting and inventory management tools.
