Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations, product listings, order processing, inventory management, and sales performance. The candidate should have hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms.
• Handle marketplace operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and the company website.
• Monitor orders, dispatches, deliveries, returns, refunds, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and customer support teams.
• Track sales performance, marketplace reports, product rankings, and inventory levels.
• Execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and online sales activities.
• Handle customer queries and resolve marketplace-related issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using MS Excel.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain accurate product information.
• Identify opportunities to improve online sales, product visibility, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations and marketplace management.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, or other e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Good problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with a background in Business Administration, E-Commerce, or Marketing will be preferred.
