E-Commerce Executive

We specialize in ethnic and contemporary women’s wear, including Lehenga Choli, Crop Tops, Gowns, Indo-Western outfits, and more. Known for our fashion-forward designs and commitment to quality, we are rapidly expanding across e-commerce and retail platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the company’s e-commerce platform(s).
• Upload and manage product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images.
• Monitor and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to avoid stock discrepancies.
• Manage logistics for both domestic and international shipments, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams for promotions, campaigns, and issue resolution.
• Analyze sales and performance metrics using e-commerce and analytics tools.
• Provide prompt customer support and resolve post-sale queries professionally.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the fashion or apparel sector.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Shopify, WordPress, or similar CMS systems.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and product positioning.
• Creative and trend-aware, with an interest in women's fashion and styling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
