Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated E-commerce to manage and enhance our online store's operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product listings, optimizing the customer experience, and coordinating with various teams to achieve our business goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing across online platforms (Amazon, eBay, etc.). Oversee the end-to-end order process, including order fulfillment, tracking, and resolving customer queries. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for replenishment. Analyze sales performance and generate regular reports to track key metrics. Ensure accurate categorization and SEO optimization for product listings to drive traffic and conversions. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and discounts. Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly. Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and platform updates. Manage Operations: Ensure product listings and inventory. Content Creation: Optimize product details for SEO. Customer Support: Handle inquiries and resolve issues. Order Processing: Track and fulfill orders efficiently. Website Optimization: Maintain user-friendly site performance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 1+ years of experience in e-commerce management or a similar role. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Wordpress or marketplaces like Amazon and Ebay . Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools (e.g., SEO, Google Analytics ). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace. Knowledge of inventory management tools is a plus. Must have Typing Speed 30 to 40 WPM .
