Established in 1916, Parsi Dairy Farm Pvt. Ltd. is a legacy brand known for its pure and authentic dairy products. As we grow our presence in the digital marketplace, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team and drive online sales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, JioMart, and company’s website.
• Coordinate with internal teams for stock updates, packaging, dispatch, and customer service.
• Optimize product descriptions, images, keywords, and SEO for online listings.
• Monitor online order processing, returns, and customer feedback.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns for sales growth.
• Generate weekly reports on sales performance, returns, and marketplace analytics.
• Liaise with external marketplace account managers for smoother operations.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.Com, BMS, BBA).
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms and back-end dashboards.
• Proficient in Excel and basic reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of FMCG/dairy products is a plus.
