Role Overview

We are hiring an E-Commerce Executive to support backend operations of online marketplaces. The role is focused on MIS reporting, data coordination, and system updates related to e-commerce transactions. This position is suitable for candidates with experience in e-commerce operations, reporting, and basic accounting/ERP coordination.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Operations & MIS

• Generate and maintain regular MIS reports related to orders, sales, returns, discounts, and settlements from e-commerce platforms.
• Track and consolidate data on platform fees, commissions, and other deductions.
• Maintain order-wise and SKU-wise operational data.

System & Data Management

• Update sales, returns, and expense-related data in ERP / accounting systems.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data between e-commerce portals and internal systems.
• Support reconciliation of settlements with internal records.

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare periodic operational and performance reports for internal review.
• Coordinate with accounts, inventory, and operations teams for smooth data flow.
• Assist in audit, review, and compliance-related data requirements.

Process Support

• Identify data gaps, mismatches, or process issues and escalate appropriately.
• Support continuous improvement of reporting and backend operational processes.

Skills & Competencies

• Working knowledge of e-commerce marketplace backend panels.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis.
• Exposure to ERP or accounting software (Tally or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in Commerce, Management, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, MIS, or backend coordination roles.
• Experience in data reporting, reconciliation, or system updates will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
