For more details: https://www.rentokil-pestcontrolindia.com About the Role: An e-commerce executive is responsible for the day-to-day operations of an e-commerce business, including the Invoicing, inventory keeping and optimization of the online store The person will report to the Assistant Manager - Planning. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders. Job Responsibilities: Complete invoicing for all platforms Ensuring 100% invoicing on timely manner Supporting ecom team with inventory keeping and timely raising PO for maintaining the stock level Key Result Areas: Communication - An e-commerce executive should be able to clearly communicate job duties to their team CN/DN wherever required needs to be cleared without any error Role Type / Key working relationships: Individual Contributor Internal team External stakeholders What can you expect from RPCI? Requirements Competencies (Skills essential to the role): Communication Skills Good with MS Excel Inventory management Go getter Educational Qualification / Other Requirement: Graduation in any field or any Graduate with upto 2 years experience in Ecommerce Good vocal & written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Adobe Acrobat preferred.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools is preferred.
