E-Commerce Executive

As an e-commerce operations specialist, your role involves managing product listings on Shopify and other platforms, ensuring accurate updates of product information, images, descriptions, and pricing. You will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with supply chain and warehouse teams, and assisting in online promotions and campaigns. Additionally, tracking sales performance and providing regular reports are crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Collaborating with design and marketing teams to showcase new collections online and ensuring visually appealing and conversion-optimized product pages aligned with brand guidelines are key tasks for you. Key Responsibilities: - Upload, edit, and manage product listings on Shopify and other e-commerce platforms. - Update product information, images, descriptions, and pricing accurately. - Monitor and maintain inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams. - Assist in planning and executing online promotions and campaigns. - Track sales performance and provide regular reports to the team. - Ensure product pages are visually appealing, optimized for conversions, and aligned with brand guidelines. - Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to showcase new collections online. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the fashion industry. - Hands-on experience with Shopify and product listing tools. - Strong knowledge of inventory updates, stock management, and online merchandising. - Basic understanding of SEO for e-commerce and online sales optimization. - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. - Good communication and teamwork skills.
