Requisites (Core competencies / Skills)

· Graduate in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce operations (preferably Jewellery, Fashion, or D2C brands).

· Strong knowledge of marketplace dashboards, order management systems, and MS Excel.

· Good understanding of inventory management and e-commerce workflows.

· Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

· Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-growing D2C setup.

Responsibilities

We are a growing D2C Jewellery brand, committed to offering stylish, high-quality jewellery with a seamless customer experience. We are seeking a driven E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations and ensure smooth functioning of our online business.

E-Commerce Operations

· Manage product listings, pricing, and catalog updates across website and marketplaces.

· Coordinate order processing, packaging, and dispatch with warehouse/logistics teams.

· Ensure smooth functioning of payment gateways, returns, and refunds.

· Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory synchronization across platforms.

Marketplace Management

· Handle operations on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and other relevant marketplaces.

· Monitor seller dashboards for orders, penalties, and compliance requirements.

· Optimize product rankings and visibility through backend tools.

Customer Experience & Support

· Track and resolve customer queries, order issues, and complaints related to online sales.

· Ensure timely response and excellent service to maintain high ratings.

Reporting & Coordination

· Prepare MIS reports related to exports, shipments, and supply chain activities.

· Liaise with internal teams (sales, accounts, warehouse) for order processing.

· Support management in supply chain planning and forecasting.
