We required an E Commerce Executive who manages company's online sales and presence. They are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales, enhance customer experience, and ensure the smooth operation of the e-commerce platform. Responsibilities: Provide customer timely support, order follow up and conversion Optimise end-to-end e-commerce journey for our customers, order follow up to conversion Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing and inventory management. Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. Skills & Qualification 1+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies, including online marketplaces, payment gateways, order management systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
