E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Shopify Store Manager to oversee our online store’s daily operations. The role includes managing product listings, ensuring accurate content, optimizing store performance, handling orders, coordinating with logistics partners, and running promotional campaigns to increase online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the Shopify storefront (add/edit products, collections, banners, and pages).
• Ensure product images, titles, descriptions, pricing, and SEO are accurate and optimized.
• Handle order processing, inventory updates, and customer queries.
• Coordinate with the operations and marketing team for new launches, offers, and campaigns.
• Monitor store analytics (sales, traffic, conversion rate) and suggest improvements.
• Implement and maintain Shopify apps for reviews, chat support, shipping, etc.
• Run discount codes, festive sales, and website banners.
• Ensure smooth integration with shipping and payment gateways (Shiprocket, Razorpay, etc.).
• Work closely with the design team for website visuals and brand consistency.
• Generate weekly performance reports on store activity and marketing ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing a Shopify-based e-commerce website.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify admin, themes, apps, and Liquid customization basics.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and SEO best practices.
• Experience with order fulfillment tools (Shiprocket, ShipYari, etc.).
• Excellent English communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media campaigns is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop) for product image editing.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS or Shopify Liquid (optional but preferred).
• Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, or other e-commerce marketplaces is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
