E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist (Shopify + Social Media)

Responsibilities:

• Shopify Store Management & Development
• Manage and update product listings, collections, and website content.
• Optimize store design and user experience.
• Handle basic troubleshooting and integrations.
• Digital Advertising & Marketing
• Plan, launch, and monitor ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
• Track performance metrics and optimize for conversions.
• Social Media Administration
• Create, schedule, and post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Respond to comments/messages and engage with followers.
• Coordinate influencer/brand collaborations when needed.
• Design & Content Creation
• Create promotional graphics, banners, and simple product visuals
• Assist in creating engaging product descriptions and captions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Shopify store setup and management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and ad management (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Photography or video editing experience.
