The E-commerce Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations of online sales platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience, optimizing product listings and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Platform Management:
Maintain and update product listings of our clienteles
Ensure accurate product information (descriptions, images, pricing, inventory).
Monitor competitor pricing and marketplace trends.
2. Order & Inventory Coordination:
Sync inventory levels across platforms to prevent overselling.
Handle returns/refunds and resolve order discrepancies.
3. Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, analytical and strong communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
