Job Description

An E-Commerce Associate and updates online product listings, optimizes website performance, and supports digital marketing campaigns to drive sales. Key duties include processing orders, ensuring product information is accurate, analyzing sales data, resolving customer inquiries, and coordinating with other teams like marketing and IT. Key responsibilities

Product management: Create, update, and maintain product listings with accurate details, prices, and images.
Order processing: Fulfill customer orders, coordinate with shipping services, and process returns or exchanges.
Data analysis: Track and analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer reviews to identify trends and provide reports for decision-making.
Customer service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience across all online touchpoints.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work with other departments such as marketing, sales, IT, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.
