In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding retail partners, boutiques, multi-brand outlets (MBOs), and wholesalers, while promoting our exclusive range of sherwanis, kurtas, indo-western outfits, and more. You will play a crucial role in expanding our retail footprint and maintaining long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new B2B clients including retailers, wholesalers, and fashion boutiques in Delhi/NCR. Conduct regular market visits to showcase our latest collections and secure purchase orders. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key buyers and store managers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and growth objectives. Understand seasonal trends, customer preferences, and provide feedback to the design and production teams. Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and promotional strategies with B2B clients. Keep detailed records of client communications, visits, orders, and follow-ups in CRM tools or manual logs. Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in apparel, textiles, or fashion retail. Familiarity with the ethnic wear market and retail landscape in Delhi/NCR. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Well-organized and comfortable working independently in the field. Proficient in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM usage. Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory. Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field (preferred).
