Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-Commerce and Q-Commerce Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels, developing and executing e-commerce strategies, analyzing sales data, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include driving e-commerce sales growth, improving operational efficiencies, and supporting the sales team with their digital needs.
