3. Knowledge of quick commerce platforms is a bonus (not mandatory).

4. Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.

5. Ability to work cross-functionally with design, production, accounts, and operations teams.

6.Proficiency in marketplace backend dashboards, listing tools, and campaign management.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Marketplace Setup & Management: Creating and managing accounts on ecommerce platforms, ensuring smooth listings and backend operations.

2. Inventory Coordination: Monitoring stock levels, coordinating with the production and procurement teams to replenish inventory, and maintaining sync across platforms.

3. Product Listings: Managing listings with A+ content and RPDs, ensuring the product pages are visually compelling and fully optimized.

4. Trend & Competitor Analysis: Studying competitor data, identifying opportunities, and coordinating with the design team to introduce products that align with platform trends.

5. Order & Operations Management: Handling day-to-day order processing, manifest generation, returns coordination, and collaborating with the accounts team for invoice generation and payment reconciliation.

6. Advertising & Campaigns: Running and analyzing ad campaigns across marketplaces, managing budgets, and ensuring consistent growth and performance.

7. Creative Collaboration: Working closely with designers and photographers to ensure our product photos and creatives are compliant, aesthetic, and aligned with the brand's visual language.

8. D2C & Shopify Management: Oversee and manage our website, ensuring smooth operations, regular updates, and seamless customer experience. You'll also lead direct-to-consumer (D2C) initiatives through our own platform, driving traffic, analyzing performance, and helping build a strong online brand presence
