You should have deep technical expertise in various Dynatrace components to provide technical assistance and consulting across the organization. This includes project-level planning for Dynatrace rollouts and mentoring application teams of all levels. Your role will also involve helping to grow future talent within the organization and ensuring the maximum value is derived from the product. As a Software Developer, you must possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administering Dynatrace and on-boarding complex applications to enterprise APM tools. Dynatrace associate/professional certifications are preferred. Additionally, you should have at least 3 years of experience with on-premises infrastructure, cloud-hosted Infrastructure-as-a-Service, and Platform-as-a-Service capabilities. Proficiency in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Dynatrace environments is crucial, along with experience in performance data analysis, tuning, and monitoring for SaaS/Cloud-based applications. Your responsibilities will include conducting technical assessments, capturing requirements, workload modeling, scripting, and creating dashboards or scorecards. Hands-on experience with scripting languages and development is required. It would be beneficial if you have expertise in migrating Dynatrace from one Tenant to another and in implementing and creating Dynatrace Extensions/Plugins. You should be able to collaborate with end-users and senior management to define business requirements for complex systems development and gain buy-in for all monitoring plans. Ensuring non-functional requirements for performance and developing models for performance testing based on software activity are essential aspects of the role. Identifying and reporting performance bottlenecks and having knowledge of ITSM tools like BMC, ServiceNow, or Splunk would be advantageous.,
