Dynamic 365 Techno Functional Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM for Finance domain) and Enterprise Integrations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business processes and technical solutions, leading end-to-end implementation, customization, and integration initiatives to support digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Dynamics 365 Functional Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 modules (CRM/CE, Sales, Customer service, Microsoft Customer Data Insights and Journeys or others as applicable).
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, gap-fit analysis, and process mapping.
• Configure D365 entities, forms, workflows, business process flows, security roles, and business rules.
• Support solution design, user acceptance testing, and production go-lives.
• Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support to end users.

Dynamics 365 Technical Responsibilities:

• Customize D365 using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI integration).
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and custom integrations using Azure services, APIs, or middleware tools.
• Manage data migration activities using tools such as KingswaySoft, Azure Data Factory, or D365 Data Import Wizard.
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot technical issues across environments.

Enterprise Integration Responsibilities:

• Design and implement integrations between D365 and third-party enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HR, Contact Centre and Telephony Solutions, etc.).
• Use integration technologies such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, ETL tools, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ensure integration reliability, scalability, security, and error handling.
• Work closely with architecture and infrastructure teams to align solutions with enterprise standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to solution blueprints.
• Support project management activities including effort estimates, status reporting, and risk management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of total experience with at least 3+ years in Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE).
• Strong techno-functional expertiseability to understand both functional processes and technical architecture.
• Solid understanding of D365 customization, configuration, security model, and lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, and API-based integration.
• Understanding of C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, and data mapping concepts (preferred for technical side).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, MB-210, MB-300, MB-500, or similar.
• Experience with DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps / Git).
• Knowledge of data governance and security compliance.
