Qualifications

Duty Manager

Minimum 8-9+ years experience in luxury hotels

Strong leadership & guest-handling skills

Proven experience managing busy check-in / check-out operations

Guest Service Associate (GSA)

Senior Guest Service Associate (Sr. GSA)

Excellent communication & grooming standards

Front Office experience in luxury / 5-star hotels

Confident, guest-centric & service-driven professionals

WHO SHOULD APPLY
