Position Overview

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Counselor to join our Delhi centre. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with our international and Dutch-speaking clients, guiding them through our services, wellness programs, and treatment options while ensuring a premium client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients (in-person and via phone/email).
• Explain TAC’s products, treatments, and wellness programs clearly and professionally.
• Handle client inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up for feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service details.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Contribute to building long-term client relationships with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Good command of English (and Hindi preferred).
• Prior experience in customer service, wellness, hospitality, or counseling is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Pleasant personality and a client-centric attitude.
• Willingness to work from our Delhi centre.

Compensation

Salary: Based on performance and interview discussion.
