Requirements Description and Requirements We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining enterprise web applications using VB.NET , JavaScript, SQL Server, and .NET Framework 4.8. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members while driving best practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of web applications using ASP.Net ( VB.NET ), .NET 4.8, and SQL Server 2016. Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Jquery 3.3.1, Bootstrap, ChartDirector and Dundas charts Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions in Agile environments. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Ensure application performance, scalability, and security through architectural improvements. Participate in requirement analysis, solution architecture, and technical design sessions. Work closely with QA teams to support test automation and integration with CI/CD pipelines. Additional Job Description Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with customers and internal teams. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
