As a Duck Creek Claims Configuration - Senior, your primary responsibilities include designing, developing, and configuring applications to meet specific business requirements and processes. You will collaborate within a team environment, offering guidance to junior team members, and effectively communicate project status updates to onsite personnel, leads, and the project manager. Additionally, you will provide technical support, guidance, and ensure project progression. Key Skills: - Strong preference for experience in Property & Casualty IT - 6+ years of hands-on experience with SQL server and C# .NET - Extensive experience (6+ years) configuring Duck Creek Claims (V10 or V11) for medium to complex requirements and customizations - Proficiency in developing web services (SOAP or REST API) with a minimum of 3 years" experience - Expertise in Duck Creek Server Object APIs - Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define technical requirements for solving business challenges - Proficient in Policy Claims workflow - Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and technical skills - Capable of delivering high-quality product-based customizations - Mentoring junior team members and coordinating effectively with the team - Engaging with cross-team leads to propose designs or solutions, addressing technical issues and risks collaboratively EY is committed to building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society, while fostering trust in the capital markets.
