Job Summary

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet specific business processes and application requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project needs, develop innovative and high-quality solutions, and ensure seamless application performance aligned with organizational objectives. Your role will also involve participating in technical discussions, contributing to solution design, and supporting documentation efforts within the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform independently and evolve into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Duck Creek Claims.
• Actively participate and contribute in team discussions, offering insights and proposed solutions.
• Provide effective resolutions to work-related technical challenges.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining application specifications and requirement documentation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and milestones.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and development best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have Skills

• Strong proficiency in

  Duck Creek Claims

  with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with modern

  application development frameworks
