Job Description

Job Summary:

As a DCO, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Conversion Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting various types of data into specified formats, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the process. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in data management software, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for creating, editing, and formatting documents primarily in Microsoft Office and associated software, with a primary focus on MS-PowerPoint, MS-Word and MS-Excel, Publisher and Visio, and RTL languages.
Provide high-quality, real-time assistance to clients in support of their projects, ensure timely delivery of a product that is defect-free and has consistency in formatting and layout.
Comprehend client requirements and instructions clearly and estimate the time required for project completion.
Perform regular backups of data to prevent loss.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Should be flexible to work a rotational shift.
