Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented DTP (Desktop Publishing) Operator to join our school. The candidate will be responsible for creating, designing, and formatting school-related documents, reports, certificates, notices, exam papers, and publications in a professional and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Designing and formatting exam papers, report cards, circulars, newsletters, and certificates.
Preparing high-quality print and digital materials for school communication.
Ensuring accuracy in typing, spelling, and formatting of all academic and administrative documents.
Coordinating with teachers and the administration for timely preparation of materials.
Maintaining a database of templates and designs for recurring use.
Operating printers, scanners, and other related equipment as required.
Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive academic and administrative content.

Requirements:

Strong typing skills (preferably in English and regional language if required).
Prior experience as a DTP Operator in school/educational institution preferred.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, MS Office, PageMaker, InDesign, and other DTP tools.
