Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented DTP Operator / Documentation Executive to join our team at Ferrite Structural Steels Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling technical documentation, digitizing records, and ensuring all Mill Test Certificates (MTCs) are accurately formatted and compliant with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation Management: Copy, scan, maintain, and systematically organize all test certificates and related documents.
• Filing Systems: Maintain systematic documentation organized item-wise, date-wise, lot-wise, and make-wise for easy retrieval.
• Formatting & Alignment: Format and align test reports and certificates using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Paint. Ensure all data, logos, technical reports, and visuals are accurately aligned according to company MTC standards.
• File Conversion: Convert documents between various formats (JPG, PDF, Excel, and Word) as required.
• Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments for document updates, follow-ups, and log maintenance.
• Record Keeping: Maintain backup records and update logs for all documentation changes.
