DTCP/CMDA - Liaison Approval Manager and Executive

• To obtain & track project approvals, compliances and progress and report back to the management

• To attend concerned Government offices for approvals for projects.

• Liaison with concerned authorities and government officials for all related statutory compliances.

• Provide necessary updates related to various amendments / notifications to the team.

• Liaison with various Government bodies / State governments.

Role & responsibilities

As part of the Approval Coordination Team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that architectural and structural drawings meet all necessary CMDA, DTCP, Fire, EIA, and other NOC/approval regulations, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for seamless execution and timely approvals.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibilities:

1. Regulatory Compliance
Ensure all designs and drawings are adhered to CMDA/DTCP norms and updated local building regulations.

2. Drawing CoordinationCoordinate and review architectural, structural & MEP drawings.Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and product teams to ensure compliance and design efficiency.

Should be able to upload files in single window portal and guidance portal

3. Documentation & SubmissionPrepare and submit required documents to relevant authorities.Follow up on approval status and ensure deadlines are met.

Should have well versed knowledge related to Land records like FMB Sketch, Adangal and A-Register

4. Quality ControlConduct thorough checks on drawings for accuracy and completeness.Maintain standardization across all documentation and submissions.

Qualifications:
Education: D.C.E. / B.E. in Civil / B.Arch or related field. Skills:*Proficient in AutoCAD and drawing software*Strong knowledge of local building codes & development regulations*Excellent communication & project coordination skills*Eye for detail and ability to manage multiple timelines

*Experience with CMDA / DTCP approval processes is mandatory.
