Location: Nellore

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Home Loan Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate business through open market channels and DSA (Direct Selling Agents).

• Ensure good quality sourcing with customers having a healthy CIBIL score.

• Achieve monthly sales targets of Home Loans.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and customers.

• Identify new market opportunities to expand business volume.

• Guide customers on loan products, eligibility, and documentation.

• Ensure timely processing and disbursal of loans in coordination with credit and operations team.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan Sales.

• Must have exposure to open market sourcing and DSA handling.

• Strong knowledge of CIBIL score assessment and customer profiling.

• Graduation is mandatory.

• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Target-oriented with ability to work under pressure.
