Key Responsibilities

1. Portal Development and Maintenance

• Develop and maintain the portal application using

  Node.js (v20.17.0)

  ,

• Build robust, scalable, and secure APIs to support portal functionalities.
• Ensure seamless integration of the portal with

  Microsoft Power Pages

  and other related systems.

1. Integration with Other Portals and Systems

• Design and implement APIs and workflows to integrate the portal with

  Microsoft Power Pages

  and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure compatibility and interoperability between the portal application and external platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain a smooth user experience.

1. CI/CD and Deployment

• Implement and maintain

  CI/CD pipelines

  to ensure smooth and automated deployments.
• Optimize deployment processes for the portal's React.js static content in

  S3 buckets

  .

1. AWS Service Integration

• Work with

  AWS CloudFront

  for reduced latency and enhanced user experience across geographic regions.
• Configure and optimize

  API Gateway

  for scalability and performance.
• Implement and manage security protocols using

  WAF (Web Application Firewall)

  .
• Set up and maintain

  NLB (Network Load Balancer)

  and

  ALB (Application Load Balancer)

  for efficient traffic distribution.
• Use

  AWS Lambda

  for token verification through Lambda authorizers.
• Manage containers using

  AWS ECS

  for seamless application performance.
• Ensure efficient data storage using

  Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL

  .
• Monitor and analyze portal activity using

  CloudWatch

  and

  CloudTrail

  .

1. Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with the offshore and onshore teams, including the CRM and Portal Team Lead in India and the Service Delivery Manager in France.
• Provide technical input for design and architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and issue resolution.

1. Performance Optimization and Security

• Optimize application performance to ensure fast loading times and responsiveness.
• Ensure data integrity and security, including adhering to best practices for

  AWS security

  and

  web application security

  .

1. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain up-to-date documentation for the portal application, including architecture, APIs, AWS configurations, and integration workflows.
• Provide regular updates on development progress and challenges to the CRM and Portal Team Lead.
