Druid Developer

Certifications & Skills:

• DRUID Certified Developer (or equivalent training in DRUID platform) NLP & Machine Learning Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate, or equivalent) Senior DRUID Dev Offshore Junior DRUID Dev Offshore
• Knowledge of semantic search, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS), and knowledge base management
• Understanding of dialogue management and conversation design

Experience:

• 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining complex, knowledge-driven chatbots using DRUID or similar platforms
• Demonstrated ability to optimize chatbot performance, accuracy, and user experience

Certifications & Skills

• DRUID Certified Developer
• Basic understanding of NLP concepts and knowledge management Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and chatbot development lifecycle
• Knowledge of retrieval techniques, semantic search, or vector databases is a plus but not mandatory

Experience:

• 1 year of hands-on experience in chatbot development, preferably with DRUID or related platforms
• Exposure to knowledge base management and integration tasks
