As a Stock Associate at our Denver, CO location, you will be responsible for managing merchandise flow, ensuring products are stocked and organized, and assisting with store presentation. Weekend availability is required for this position. Key Responsibilities Credentialing and Onboarding: Manage the credentialing process for new healthcare hires, including verifying licenses, certifications, background checks, health screenings, and any other necessary credentials. Ensure that each candidates credentials are accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with both company standards and client-specific requirements. Coordinate with candidates to gather all required documentation and address any deficiencies. Compliance and Regulation: Monitor and enforce compliance with federal, state, and industry-specific regulations, including but not limited to HIPAA, JCAHO, and OSHA standards. Maintain awareness of updates or changes in compliance requirements and ensure timely adjustments in the credentialing process. Prepare and maintain accurate compliance records for auditing purposes. Database and Record Management: Update and manage electronic records for each candidate within the companys credentialing and compliance systems. Track credentialing status and set reminders for renewals, re-verifications, and expiring documentation. Ensure confidentiality and security of all candidate data. Communication and Coordination: Collaborate closely with recruitment, human resources, and placement teams to ensure all new hires are fully compliant before starting their assignments. Communicate effectively with candidates regarding any credentialing issues or necessary follow-up actions. Act as the main point of contact for clients or healthcare facilities for questions related to compliance and credentialing. Continuous Improvement & Best Practices Identify and suggest improvements for the credentialing and onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time. Participate in training and development sessions to stay informed on the latest compliance and credentialing standards. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare staffing, compliance, or credentialing role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
