Martianis Aviation Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its certified drone pilot training programs across Punjab. We’re seeking DGCA-licensed Drone Pilot Instructors who are passionate about training the next generation of drone professionals in India.

This is a high-impact role where you will directly contribute to skilling and certifying candidates under DGCA standards (as per RPTO guidelines).

Responsibilities

• Conduct theoretical and practical drone training sessions as per DGCA curriculum
• Maintain accurate PTR (Pilot Training Record) logs and compliance documents
• Ensure student safety and adherence to SOPs during all flight operations
• Assist in assessments, simulations, and field demonstrations
• Provide guidance on UIN, UAOP, and RPAS-related regulatory processes

Requirements

• DGCA-Certified Drone Instructor (Instructor or Remote Pilot Certificate must be valid)
• Prior training or flight instruction experience preferred
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Willingness to travel within Punjab if required
