Job Description

You will be responsible for the following tasks in this role: - Excellent C/C++ Programming Skills. - In-depth experience in Linux driver development, especially in Display drivers. - Hands-on experience in Display technologies like MIPI DSI, DisplayPort, HDMI, HDCP, CEC. - Experience in Android Display framework such as SurfaceFlinger, HardwareComposer, Display HAL would be beneficial. - Knowledge of Wayland (display server protocol) and Weston Compositor would be an advantage. - Strong understanding of OS Concepts and Memory Management. - Experience with ARM/ARM64 architecture is a plus. - Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Effective Communication skills, Self-driven, Positive attitude & hardworking. Qualifications required for this position: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. -OR - Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience. -OR - PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. - 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc. Note: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to support individuals with disabilities during the application/hiring process.
